VENDING AT EARTH JAM
Welcome to Earth Jam 2010
This is how it works, look at the park map and decide on an area you would like to be in (it is first come first serve). Make sure to answer the BOOTH REQUEST if you have a location preference. Earth Jam will assign space on which the applications and payment are received. There are two main areas to chose from, The Earth Stage and The Fire Stage. There will be a food court, there is room for 16 children booths, and an over flow area for late comers.

-Booth set up time is between 9:00am-11:00am the music will start at noon.
-Booths must be torn down by 10:00pm
-Each group will be responsible for their own belongings so please make sure to take all your things with you.
-Set up will be at the same time on April 26, 2009
-You may drive on the grass to unload between 8:00am-11:00am and to load between 9:00pm-11:00pm, we ask that there are NO cars on the grass between 11:00am-9:00pm while the festival is going on.
-There is ABSOLUTLY NO PARKING ON THE GRASS

Earth Jam Productions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, vandalized property or damage done by wind, rain or other natural or unnatural mishaps that may occur while vending. There are no refunds do to weather, no shows, festival cancelation, or costumer cancelation. Earth Jam Productions is not liable for any products bought, sold or exchanged and all vendors are responsible for their own permits, the collection and reporting of their sales tax. Vendors will be held responsible for damage done around their booth area.
UNAUTHORIZED VENDING IS PROHIBITED.

DAY OF THE SHOW, BUSINESSES, VENDORS, ARTIST BOOTHS $80.00 a day or $150.00 for both days

- Food Vendors can not sell the same thing that the Snack Bar in Liberty Park sells, sorry
- Your food must be very good
- You want to enjoy some good music, entertainment, and two days in the park.
We have 2 areas of the park that we will be offering entertainment.

The workshops and speaking time will be scheduled on the two main stages this year. If your group would like to do a workshop or have speaking time please make sure to mark it on your applications.
