Welcome to Earth Jam 2009
This is how it works, look at the park map and decide on an area you would like to be in (it is first come first serve). Make sure to answer the BOOTH REQUEST if you have a location preference. Earth Jam will assign space on which the applications are received. There are two main areas to chose from, The Earth Stage and The Fire Stage.
-Booth set up time is between 8:00am-11:00am the music will start at noon.
-Booths must be torn down by 11:00pm
-Each group will be responsible for their own belongings so please make sure to take all your things with you.
-Set up will be at the same time on April____, 2009
-You may drive on the grass to unload between 8:00am-11:00am and to load between 9:00pm-11:00pm, we ask that there are NO cars on the grass between 11:00am-9:00pm while the festival is going on.
-There is ABSOLUTLY NO PARKING ON THE GRASS

Earth Jam Productions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, vandalized property or damage done by wind, rain or other natural or unnatural mishaps that may occur while vending. There are no refunds do to weather or costumer cancelation. Earth Jam is not liable for any products bought, sold or exchanged and all vendors are responsible for the collection and reporting of their sales tax.
UNAUTHORIZED VENDING IS PROHIBITED.
All registration fees are final and subject to change, all proceeds go to Earth Jam Productions.

There will be a raffle and we are asking that each booth donate one item of a $10.00 value or more.

We also have 3 other areas of the park that we will be offering entertainment.
The Air Stage is where there will be some Performing Arts and Visual Art Displays. If you make cool art and would like to display it (no sales of any kind) please contact Hope at:
There is The Water Stage where we will be holding educational and hands on Workshops. (Please note that this area has been moved form last year) If your group would like to do a 25 minute workshop please send the following information, the name of your organization, workshop topic, and contact name and information. The Kiddy Village which is now called The Children’s Garden Center will be in front of The Chase House.
The Children’s Garden Center will be following the theme of Plant’s and Soil and how the 4 elements interact or impact them.
We are looking for organizations to sponsor a booth in the Children’s Garden Center.
Here is how that works: You pick one of the 4 elements and either do a craft project, a display or demonstration on how that element interacts or has impacted Plant’s and Soil.
Your organization would be responsible for the canopy, tables, chairs and materials. To make this successful if you can also bring volunteers to run that booth that is less volunteers Earth Jam will need to find. You may also display your logo, banners, hand out your business cards and Earth Jam will announce your sponsorship on The Main Stage. There is only room for 4 booths pre-element.
