EARTH JAM
2005 |
|
Earth Jam would like to invite you to participate in its annual Festival, celebrating
the Earth!
The event
will be held This Saturday October 1,
2005 -RAIN or SHINE-
at Liberty Park 700 East
1300 South. This event is free, and open to the public. Our goal
is to host a family festival filled with music, dance, and Earth
Day awareness information. Event Schedule
|
|
Earth Jam is currently accepting applications for booth
reservations.
In doing so
we invite non-profits and other organizations to set up booths and
take part in the event. Here are the guidelines for any booth,
group, or vendor that wishes to participate. Each group is in
charge of bringing their own tables, chairs and tent canopy.
Earth Jam
WILL NOT have tent canopy rentals
available for the event this year.
If you rent a booth space you will need to bring your own tent or canopy.
Your tent should
be 10’x10’ feet. Each group is responsible for
clean up and litter control in and around their booth area.
Please, no trash left when you leave at the end of the day. We ask
that if it doesn’t fit in the park’s containers that you take it
out with you.
