UPDATED BOOTH INFO
In doing so we invite non-profits and other organizations to set up booths and take part in the event. Here are the guidelines for any booth, group, or vendor that wishes to participate. Each group is in charge of bringing their own tables, chairs and tent canopy.

Earth Jam WILL NOT have tent canopy rentals available for the event this year.
If you rent a booth space you will need to bring your own tent or canopy.
Your tent should be 10’x10’ feet. Each group is responsible for clean up and litter control in and around their booth area. Please, no trash left when you leave at the end of the day. We ask that if it doesn’t fit in the park’s containers that you take it out with you.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR BOOTH LOCATIONS AT THIS YEARS EVENT!!

This is how it works.  Look at the park map and decide on an area that you would like to be in. Make sure you answer the booth request question if you have a location preference. Then return the completed registration form. Earth Jam will assign spaces on a first come first served basis. There are two main areas to choose from. The first will be between the Earth and Moon stages, the second by our satellite stage where acoustic music will be played.

Hi!  My name is Dan Marsh the founder of Earth Jam Productions. Our group was founded in 1992 with our first event in Liberty Park. Since that time Earth Jam has  held events in local parks, colleges, and schools. We still consider ourselves to be a grassroots effort. We work independently with ALL expenses paid by the officers and no financial sponsorship.

Our Mission is to provide a venue for Non-Profit's, NGO's and other groups to gather and share helpful information relevant to the environment and our daily living. In doing this we also promote the local artist/music scene by providing a large audience for several bands and performers.  Behind the scenes Earth Jam has been involved with numerous changes in our community.

UPDATED INFO:   PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT

Hi All !! Thanks a lot for your support with Earth Day this year. Earth Jam has received your reservation requests and posted information on our web site www.earthjam.org  Please check the park map to see your location. We did our best is give you your first request. If a booth was taken already we put you in the next closest location.

On the reservation request we asked about electricity. The park does have power outlets available near the corner booths #1,#33, #44. Each group is responsible for their own electricity if needed. If any organizations are not near a corner booth and need power they might consider changing spots. Cords will need to be run behind other booths. Also taped to the ground according to health dept regulations. Each group is responsible for cords and running their own power. Power will not be available near the Earth Stage for booth use. It will be consumed by our PA System and Our Food Booth.

Earth Jams Check in booth is marked on the park map. It will be right next to the Earth Stage and clearly marked. We ask that each group check in with us at the beginning of the event and also checkout before you depart.

Each booth is considered to be 10x10 ft. with a couple feet of space in between. Be considerate with your neighbors when putting up canopies. Please clearly mark an obstruction  You can use whatever room you need in front and behind. Also Earth Jam will be setting up in the park Saturday Night 4/21 after 5pm. Any group which has a tent or canopy and wants to set that up the night before is welcome. You can not stay or sleep int he park.
Speaking time is available at this time. It will be available between bands on all stages. Please let us know just as soon as possible or when you arrive at the park. Also for the registrations that were mailed in we did not ask for a website. For those groups who would like a website link please email us that info.

Our DJ area (The MOON) is located at the tanner fountain on the park map. This is directly behind booth 44. Music may be heard and affect booths 35-55. We are going to keep the volume level decent as to not ruin anyone's eardrums.

Please concentrate, Pray, or Focus your POSITIVE INTENT, for the SUN, Call down the Energies, Light Candles, or whatever you do to BLESS the Earth and bring awareness, lets bring that Warm Sunny energy to us, to the park, THE LAND and SKY, The EARTH, and to all who attend and participate.

I believe and hope, I have answered many questions that have been asked.
If there are any concerns feel free to email us at this addresses...
