Earth Goddess Pageant Registration 2007

Thank you for your participation in the Earth Goddess Pageant and your support of our mission. You are invited to showcase the theme of your costume and join us on stage to share with the audience your most cherished talent and your views surrounding Earth Day.

Please complete this form to have a Goddess I. D. ready for you when you arrive at Club Egos Thursday April 20th. Entertainment begins at 9:00pm. Goddesses must be ready promptly at 11:00pm for the start of the Pageant.
